- Please allow 24 hours for order fulfillment.
- Orders will be placed outside the store with your name on them.
- If not picked up by the end of the day, items will be brought back inside.
- Any order not collected within 48 hours will be refunded and returned to stock.
- Security cameras are on site for your protection.

- Leave your water bottle outside with your name clearly written on it.
- Free sample bottles are provided at the store.
- Testing is completed using ALEX by BioGuard for the most accurate results.
