Pay Your Invoice Online

• Electronic payments only: Effective April 1, 2026, we do not accept paper checks, including checks issued through bank or online bill pay services.
• Payment due: Payment is due in accordance with the payment method selected on your service agreement (AutoPay, ACH, or approved card on file).
• Past-due charges: A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be applied to past-due balances.
• Disputes and chargebacks: Billing questions, disputes, or chargebacks must be addressed directly with Vineyard Pool & Spa prior to initiating any claim with your bank or credit card provider.
• Nonpayment: Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and collection actions, including additional fees.
• Collections: Accounts unpaid after 60 days may be referred for collection, including small claims court.
